Everyone wants to be successful in their endeavors but it does not happen for each person.
Everybody in the world do not get the chance to taste victory. Have you ever wondered that why does this happen? Well, this article aims at the reasons why the candidates fail in the Bank Examinations.

Why do the aspirants Fail?
1.      Not getting acquainted with the changes in syllabus-
The questions based on Non-Verbal Reasoning are not included in the question paper now. The topics that contains less weightage has been decreased in the question paper. There are different questions that are expected to come in the question papers of IBPS Prelims and Mains.

2.      Candidates don’t have the idea of competition-
Every year lakhs of candidates appear for this examinations and out of that only a handful of them are selected. This happens because the candidates take the exams lightly and don’t prepare themselves properly. Lack of practice and concentration is also a factor.

3.      The candidates being unaware of the Negative Marking-
Before appearing for the exams, the candidates must go through the examination pattern of the Bank Exams. In the excitement of completing the question paper, the student commit mistakes and hence it results in negative marking which decreases the total marks.

4.      The sectional cutoffs are not met by the candidates-
It is an important reason for the failure as the candidates are not able to score as much as the cutoff in some of the sections of the question paper. This happens because the candidate is not equally prepared for all the sections.

5.      The problems in Management of Time-
The time provided to the candidates is not sufficient to answer the full question paper completely. The need of the hour is to plan before appearing for the exams. Time Management is the most important factor in cracking the Bank Exams- IBPS PO, IBPS clerk, IBPS SO and IBPS RRB.

6.      Not being acquainted to the Online Question Paper- The Bank Exams are being conducted online since a couple of years. Most of the candidates are not familiar with the type of the question paper. This is to be rectified by practicing online mock test papers.

7.      Speed and Accuracy are avoided- This is one of the main reasons why candidates fail to qualify the Bank Exams as they are just concerned in completing the question paper. The examination anxiety makes the candidate just to answer the questions and not to check whether they are being correctly answered or not.
